Hi! I’m Carrie.
A little bit about me…
I’m a fierce advocate for mental health access—everyone deserves support, no matter who they are or where they’re starting from.
I especially love working with teenagers and young adults. There’s so much happening during those years, and it’s a privilege to be a steady presence in the middle of all that intensity and change.
As a mom, I deeply understand how overwhelming, beautiful, and totally maddening parenting can be—often all at once.
Before becoming a therapist, I had several careers. I know what it’s like to feel lost in transition, to question everything, and to slowly find your way again.
I bring a mix of Midwestern warmth and Brooklyn edge to my work—compassionate, grounded, and unafraid to sit with the hard stuff.
I’ve lived through my share of losses and challenges. I don’t pretend to have it all figured out—but I do know how to show up, stay present, and help people navigate the messiness of being human
