Individual Therapy for Adolescents and Adults in Brooklyn, NY

It’s hard to be a human.

Life can feel overwhelming, heavy, or just… too much. Maybe you’re stuck in patterns that don’t serve you. Maybe you’re navigating a big transition, or struggling to connect with others—or even with yourself.

Finding the right therapist can feel like one more exhausting thing. But you’re here, and that’s a powerful first step.

I’m here to support you in making meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll work to:

  • Understand your emotions and communicate them more clearly

  • Break free from patterns of self-sabotage

  • Strengthen your inner voice—the one that’s kind, wise, and on your side

  • Take real steps toward the life and relationships you want
